Are you missing the fun of Tales in the Park?
Why not write about it. We're hosting a writing challenge for children aged 16 and under who attended Tales in the Park 2026.
The Challenge
For the challenge, we want you to create a piece of writing about your time at Tales in The Park. The competition is open to children aged 16 and under. This writing could be a story, a poem or even a song - but no more than 200 words. You could write about a story you heard or an activity you took part in at the park, or you could write about the park itself - it is completely up to you.

- Competition closes Wednesday 16 September at 23:59
- The word limit is 200 words. Your piece of writing must be an original piece of work.
- We will judge the entries and the winner will receive a free bundle of books!
