In an Olympic year, the Where’s Wally? fun run will be going to the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for the first time, and children's author and former Blue Peter presenter Konnie Huq is joining the fun!

On 15 March 2020, the home of the London Olympics will see hundreds of runners, families and book lovers dressed up as the popular children’s book character Wally all running, jogging or walking to raise money for the National Literacy Trust.

What's more, families will also be able to meet Konnie, who is supporting the fun run this year. She will be at the Olympic Park on race day to cheer on all the fantastic runners and sign copies of her debut children’s book Cookie and the Most Annoying Boy in the World.

Supported by Walker Books, publishers of Where's Wally?, the event is a fun day out for the whole family and includes a 5k or 10k run, and a 1k version for kids under 12.

“What a fun and fab way to incorporate both exercise and reading - I can't wait to see and cheer on all the 'Wallys’ running! It'll be a vision in stripes!"
