Learn why fluency is the bridge to comprehension and how to make it visible in your subject. This 60-minute online spotlight session explores practical, evidence-based strategies to help students read disciplinary texts with confidence and understanding.

We know teachers value interactive learning, so this session is delivered live online. You’ll work with an expert trainer, ask questions, and take part in activities which can be applied to your subject. As a leading provider of CPD in disciplinary literacy, we provide proven, research-informed, practical approaches, helping you embed reading approaches that make a real difference in your subject.

Optional extra: After the 60-minute training, you can stay for an optional 30-minute spotlight surgery. This is your chance to ask specific questions and get practical support for applying strategies in your own lessons.
