We are delighted to be working with Cheltenham Festivals to deliver Reading Teachers = Reading Pupils - the Festivals' network of teacher book groups - in Nottingham City.

Set up in 2016, Reading Teachers = Reading Pupils aims to inspire reading for pleasure because research shows that children who read for pleasure experience high levels of well-being, engage in learning and are successful in life.

Read On Nottingham will be hosting a secondary RTRP programme which is open to all Key Stage 3 English teachers. All sessions will be led by Read On Nottingham and the group is FREE to attend. Shared resources are distributed throughout the year along with two copies of each of the five titles.

Schools and teachers can click here to find out more and how to register.

Reading Teachers = Reading Pupils is a Cheltenham Festivals programme delivered in partnership with like-minded organisations across the UK including Bradford Literature Festival, Centre for Literacy in Primary Education (CLPE), Just Imagine, KEAP (The Writers’ Block), Peters, Seven Stories the National Centre for Children's Books and The Reader.
