Duck Bills' Great Railway Adventure

Duck Bills’ Great Railway Adventure is written and illustrated by local creative Kidda Kinsey. The trail invites families with primary school aged children to complete various challenges and discover fun facts about Stoke and its railway station.

Duration: This Story Quest will take around 1 hour to complete and does involve crossing some roads.

Activity level rating: A quacking fun-filled adventure which is pram and wheelchair accessible.

Copies of the trail are available to collect from any Stoke-on-Trent library, Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station or can be downloaded here. Printed copies are subject to availability.

When you’ve completed the trail and written the letter at the back of the book, put it in this envelope and sent it free-post to the National Literacy Trust. All letters will be entered into a prize draw to win a Family and Friends Railcard and a bundle of books!

Entries must be received by Friday 6 May to be eligible for the prize draw. If you write a letter after this date, we’d still love to see them! They will not be considered for a prize but may be shared on the Stoke Reads Facebook page and website.
