Nottingham family cookbook

cookbook-Banner.png

Does your family have a special recipe that you love to make together, or perhaps a dish that’s been passed down through generations? Share your family’s favourite recipe and it could be published in our Nottingham family cookbook!

Your recipe may be featured on the Read On Nottingham Facebook page and up to 40 recipes will be included in our Read On Nottingham community cookbook.

Download the template below to get started or you can write up your recipe on paper or on a computer/device.

Download the recipe template and our top tips

Please note - the deadline given on the template has been extended.

Submit your dish with:

  • Recipe including ingredients and method (200 words or so)
  • A sentence on why the dish is special to your family
  • A good quality photo of the dish

Having trouble picking your favourite recipe? Perhaps there's a family staple that you eat every Tuesday! Or something special that only your uncle or grandma makes? Think about different cookbook categories to give you inspiration. For example: main meals, puddings, snacks and starters, toddler teas!
