Here are some more ideas on what you can do to look after your mental health:

  • Write down three things that you are grateful for
  • Start a worry journal
  • Go for a walk. This year, the theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is Nature. Try these outdoor activities to make your walk even more fun and exciting!
  • Listen to a podcast or some music
  • Get crafting – you could make a calm down glitter jar, or you could do some drawing or colouring
  • Stretch for 10 minutes
