Explore haunted Birmingham: a city filled with spooky stories.
In winter 2023, we asked young people and adults across Birmingham to write scary stories set in their local area. We received submissions of stories set all over the city: from Kingstanding to King’s Norton, Aston Hall to Khan’s Fish Bar. Writers imagined nightmarish versions of local heritage sites, schools, parks, restaurants and more.
