Working with some of our favourite storytellers, poets, writers and illustrators our award-winning Young Readers Programme team has put together an amazing collection of short films based around different themes and genres.
Along with a story or poem being read the films feature insights on story creation and illustration. The films can be used in the classroom to help your pupils understand the creative process, to introduce different genres, such as folk tales, myths and poetry, and to inspire and support children to create their own stories.
You can watch the first episode on mythical creatures here, or visit the Young Readers Story Club page to discover all available Story Club episodes.
