About the event
This event is recommended for children aged 5-7 years (Key Stage 1/ P2 to P3).
During the event, pupils will have the opportunity to:
- Draw-along with illustrator Phil
- Get inspired to create your own festive character
- Imagine key facts or traits about them
- Think about where your character might go in a story!
About Phil Sheppard
Phil Sheppard writes and illustrates children's books, as well as leading animation workshops for school groups. Phil has published four children's books and have taken five one-man shows to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Phil is also our Hub Manager for the National Literacy Trust in Doncaster.
