Are you ready for a
free day full of chills and thrills? Join us on 17 January to hear spine-tingling tales written by your fellow Brummies as part of this year’s Haunted Birmingham campaign!

To make the experience enjoyable for all, we’ve split the event into age-appropriate categories:

  • 11:30 AM - 12:15 PM: story sharing (Ages 8 - 11)
  • 12:25 - 1:10 PM: story sharing for (Ages 12 - 15)
  • 1:20 - 2:20 PM: Special guest speaker (TBC)
  • 2:30 - 3:15 PM: - story sharing adults and ages (Ages 16)

Special guest speaker: Dr J. G. Lynas!

Dr Lynas on top of being a lecturer at the University of Birmingham is a short story writer primarily exploring the weird, the horrific, and the absurd. His research interest is in video game narrative design and experimental fiction. After his talk there will be a Q&A to ask any questions you may have.
