We want to challenge Nottingham’s young people (aged 9-14) to get writing and pen funny rhymes about the city they live in.
What do you love about Nottingham? What do you miss most about it at this time? You could tell us about the amazing people that live in Nottingham. Or perhaps what you are most looking forward to doing again once social distancing measures allow.

The competition is open to young people in school Years 5 to 9 and living in Nottingham City.

A winner from each school Year will be chosen and each winner will receive: an assortment of books, family tickets to a local sports event (for when fixtures are rescheduled), and £20 worth of book tokens. Only pupils in school Years 5 to 9 and living in Nottingham City can enter the competition. Competition closes Sunday 7 June (extended from Sunday 31 May). No more than one entry per child.
