Global Stories
Time to travel the world with these global stories!
To celebrate global fiction and increase accessibility of literature from other countries we have created the Global Stories project.
The project aims to offer diverse and thought-provoking stories and poetry to individuals and communities across the city of Birmingham. These ‘Global Stories’ can provide an excellent resource to schools and community organisations looking for activities around key calendar dates such as Storytelling week.
A massive thank you to Literacy Champion Helen for collecting the stories. Also, a big thank you to the translators who made it possible for English speaking people to enjoy these brilliant and vibrant stories!
