Christmas with Sibéal Pounder and Sprouts (ages 9 to 11/ years 5 and 6)

About the event

This live event will celebrate the joy of reading with a festive focus on Sprouts by Sibéal Pounder! Join us to hear a special reading from the book, as we explore the book's themes and Sibéal's inspiration for writing. We will also have a live Q&A section for children to find out what it's like to be a published author.

This event is aimed at children aged 9-11 years (years 5 and 6). We welcome event registrations from schools and those joining from home. If you are unable to join live, please register anyway as we will share the recording link with you in your confirmation email.

About the author

Sibéal Pounder is the author of the wonderful Witch Wars and Bad Mermaid book series. The original Witch Wars book was nominated for the Salisbury’s Children’s Book Prize and the Waterstone Children’s Book Prize. The Bad Mermaids series was a World Book Day 2019 title and Sunday Times bestseller.
