Phil Earle is award winning novelist for children and young adults. Inspired by working in a residential children's home, Phil wrote Being Billy - a moving, redemptive book about a young boy in care.
Billy struggles with his own behaviour and aspirations - but is deeply committed to his younger twin siblings and their success. One of the ways he supports the twins is by reading them stories every night.
We use Being Billy as part of our Game Changers programme - as a springboard to discussions about the value of reading.
In this webinar, Phil will discuss Being Billy and reasons to read.
There will also be an opportunity for your group to ask questions live.
