As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, many key workers - including hospital doctors, GPs, dentists and teachers - are facing increasing levels of pressure and stress as we prepare to head into winter.

You now have free access to Wesleyan Wellbeing, which was launched in 2020 to support mental health and wellbeing during the pandemic. Within this free-to-access healthcare and wellbeing support hub, you will be given personalised health and wellbeing advice, as well as top tips and guidance on how to embed small lifestyle changes into your day-to-day life. You are also able to set personal goals, which can help you to stay connected to your wellbeing during these challenging times.

With 24/7 access, you can use Wesleyan Wellbeing at any time, giving you the flexibility to prioritise your own mental health and wellbeing at a time that best suits you.
